I'm Io, a certified yoga teacher based in Brooklyn, New York! I teach vinyasa, strength, and restorative classes. I delight in customizing my classes to my clients' goals and needs!

I bring my background as a long-distance runner and former gymnast to my yoga practice. I love working with new clients -- from those new to the practice of yoga to athletes looking to work on building flexibility and strength.

I can customize my classes to whatever you are looking for. Right now, I am primarily available for 1:1 and group classes (including events such as birthday parties, etc.) and have the best availability on weekends. Look forward to hearing from you!
