Hi! My name is Kara Raiano and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor in Los Angeles, CA. I come from a dance background and have fallen in love with yoga from when I danced. I offer challenging classes, with fun sequences that build your stamina and increase your flexibility. My classes can be strong but soft at the same finding that happy balance between strength, fluidity and flexibility.

I grew up in South Florida, danced my whole life and with that found my true passion, yoga. I moved out to LA about 3 years ago now, to continue my passion. The reason I fell in love with yoga is the fluidity of it all, made me feel free, like I was dancing or like a kid again. You feel so open, confident, free, while getting a full balanced hour of strength and flexibility. The way I see it now is a dance, the sequencing, being able to stretch and being able to build strength in all seasons of our life.
