Hello! My name is John Parks. I am a certified wedding officiant located on Long Island with a passion for helping people.

My interest as a Wedding Officiant began during my service in the United States Army Reserves, where as a Sergeant & Religious Affairs Specialist, attention to detail and proficiency in ceremony were paramount to mission success.

Additionally, I also hold a Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Here, I learned that the most important attributes a professional can possess are a willingness to listen, and an unwavering commitment to putting the client first.

While my business is certainly new, my experience with public speaking and ceremony is not.

A Social Worker’s interpersonal skills, combined with military-grade attention to detail, can deliver a ceremony that everyone deserves on their special day.
