I am a Juilliard graduate with ten years of teaching experience and have performed hundreds of concerts around the world. What I love most about music is how it connects us to humanity - starting with our own inner psyche, to people around us of all backgrounds, to composers long dead who still communicate through their music. In my teaching, I aim to help students access their own artistry and use pianistic skills to enrich their lives in the ways they choose. I love working with people of all ages and goals, including children seeking a solid foundation, adult amateurs discovering a hobby later in life, high school students preparing for auditions, professional musicians needing a second ear, or anyone seeking a mental, physical, and emotional workout.
