I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA, hold Level 3 certification with DBC, and possess multiple Functional Range Systems certifications focusing on joint health, flexibility, and mobility strategies. I also hold four NASM credentials and dozens of other specialized certifications—all of which equip me to tailor comprehensive, cutting-edge training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
