I have been a Trainer since 1996 I have worked with celebrities, Celebrity Moms, Athletes, Collage Athletes and everyday people. I have a different approach with educating and significant knowledge of how the muscle works with every workout letting the clients understand and identifying the contraction of the muscle. Also work with client that just got a membership that have no clue what their are doing especially with the equipment at the gym. I can come to you ( Depends on your equipment) , LA Fitness, Planet Fitness and also my Home location gym which everyone loves so we don’t have to worry about the chaos and having to wait for equipment. You will not always use me but I want you to be comfortable for your future on working out and using the gym in the future …love building new family members and friends so I’m here for you always..
