Strength training, particularly as we age, is a game-changer. It helps control our weight, improves body composition, boosts metabolism, and even elevates our mood and emotional well-being. But the key is consistency. Just like muscles atrophy if you stop working out, when we stop focusing on our health, it becomes harder to regain mobility and strength later on.
