I am Savannah! I've been a personal trainer for almost eight years. I have a background in yoga, personal training, and nutritional consulting, with a specialized focus on designing strength conditioning programs. For the past three years, I've worked as an assistant rowing coach and trainer for the junior team at ZLAC, a well-respected rowing club.
I specialize in programs focused on strength development and cardio conditioning while facilitating a DFY meal service to streamline personal progress with nutrition. My programs support busy executives in managing their fitness goals and energy levels. They are also a fit for military members needing to address PRTs.
