Then, I'll work with you to become a stronger, faster, more capable version of yourself in every aspect of your life. Whether you are 80 years old and trying to avoid a loss of bone density and muscle mass, 15 years old and training for a sport, or trying to stay healthy and strong through and after pregnancy, I will work with you to achieve your goals.
In addition to my foundational trainer certification, I am certified through the Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Range Systems, NASM Corrective Exercise, Pre/Post Natal fitness, Behavior Change, and Physio Network’s hip pain assessment and rehabilitation course.
