I offer my expertise as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, nutrition coach, and wellness coach. Health and fitness have always been my passion, having previously worked at Equinox in NYC for over three years before establishing my own private business. My primary focus in training is to instill in my clients the habits and behaviors necessary to transform their lives for the better. Having undergone a significant weight loss journey myself, losing approximately 60 pounds, I am highly motivated to help others achieve their fitness goals.
My specialties include weight loss, functional training, injury rehabilitation (shoulders, hips, and knees), cardiovascular training, cross-training, weight management, hypertrophy, mobility, flexibility, endurance training, balance, stability, and athletic conditioning.
In my vinyasa yoga classes, I prioritize proper alignment and stability. By working through foundational poses, I can help you deepen your practice and gain a greater understanding of how each posture should feel in your body. I also teach how to deepen your practice and develop a routine for your at-home yoga practice.
