My name is Hannah Doughty, and I’ve been training for over 7 years now. I started with NPC pro bodybuilding, then I shifted into athletic training pursuing a professional soccer career, and now I am focused on HIIT training.
My training style wavers from HIIT training to sculpting depending on my clients needs. I believe that working out and staying healthy is something personal and specific to each individual. Fitness to me is all about feeling good. It’s not about aesthetics, but rather creating the best YOU possible! I want all of my clients to learn how to live a sustainable fitness lifestyle as well as a sustainable diet.
Once you take charge of your life through fitness and nutrition, you have more energy to do the things you love. I believe we should all live a high quality of life, and that starts with what you eat, and how you treat your body.
I train all of my clients at Shock Fitness on the beach in Pacific Beach. It is an ideal location, with the privilege of having the ocean as our backyard. For one on one clients, I also offer the option of training at my home gym in Mission Valley.
Personal training will not only create immense value in your life, but it will help you develop healthy habits, as well as meeting a wonderful community in my group sessions.
I have a strong connection with all of my clients, because I truly care about them reaching all of their fitness and nutrition goals! It’s not a job to me, it’s a passion!
