From college level athletes, to your average Joe looking to lose a few pounds, to elderly and special needs clients, I have trained them all. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and ACE PT certification, and 7 years training experience. I have the knowledge to train ANYONE. I'm passionate about making exercise fun!
