Hey I’m Mariah! I’m a fitness professional who has been dedicated to transforming others since 2016. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the general population, geriatric individuals, adaptive (disabled) athletes and I’ve even assisted in the rehabilitation of professional athletes.
Currently, I specialize in training beginners, sedentary individuals and those who struggle to understand and maintain proper form.
I became a personal trainer because fitness saved my life. I had a very tumultuous childhood and exercise gave me the confidence and tenacity I needed to become the successful young woman that I am today. I truly love what I do, I value the time I spend with each person and I firmly believe that we are all capable of achieving the results we desire.
I recognize that going to the gym or navigating a fitness journey can be intimidating or confusing. That is why I pride myself in ensuring that every client feels like they deserve to be in the gym. I also uphold client education (sharing the how’s/why’s behind your programming) and I pay great attention to form and detail.
I train my clients at a private, intimate and friendly facility (no membership is required) and my rates are well within the average person’s means. Think of this as an investment in YOURSELF and your FUTURE. I can’t wait to meet you! :)

* National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer
* Stretch Technician: Stretched players for the 2018 NFL Combine
* Former Exercise Specialist: Assisted in the rehabilitation of a 2021 Olympic athlete and a second baseman for the St. Louis Cardinals
* Former Tactical Fitness Specialist: Conducted movement screens for firefighters across San Diego county
