My name is Christina and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
I am extremely passionate about helping people make health and fitness A PART of their lifestyle and not something they dread.
That means, helping you navigate a workout program for YOU, incorporating foods YOU love and enjoy so that not only will you achieve the results you’ve longed for but you’ll be able to sustain them, FOR LIFE!
I was a competitor for many years and although I loved it, it took its toll on my mind and my body. I knew there was another way to get to my goals without sacrificing my physical and mental well being. I’ve made all the mistakes so you don’t have to!
That is why I started this business. I wanted to help people see that they could, in a sense, “Have their cake and eat it too.” I wanted to show and help people you don’t have to kill yourself with cardio sessions and limiting calories and/or food groups to get to your goals.
I’ve committed myself to helping others find the balance we all crave. You CAN achieve your fitness/physique goals and STILL HAVE A LIFE!
