About

Hi everyone! My name is Joe and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT and also have my bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I am from Manchester, England but moved to San Diego 5 years ago.

I went through my own weight loss journey in 2020, losing 50lbs and changing my lifestyle in the process. This has given me a whole new perspective on the journey that people go on when wanting to improve their health. I have helped numerous clients both online and in person and look forward to helping you reach your goals! I have a mobile training business so I train my clients in the comfort of their home or meet at a local park/beach.

$70 per 1 Hour Session

- All in person clients will also have access to the online app for a nutrition program + accountability.
