I’ve been a personal trainer for about 8 years now. I specialize in strength training, weight loss and now I help with mobility training. I’ve worked almost with every type of situation. My favorite projects are helping someone lose 200lbs that was on the brink of dying from heart failure. I’ve also helped someone with only one arm find a workout routine.
I offer nutrition along with workouts for my programming. I offer 2 types of services, mobile training where I come and train you at your house. Or I am able to train you at a couple locations there’s a gym in Kirkland or Lynwood I can train you at if you’d prefer to meet there.
My rates depend on how many times a week you’d like to work. If you’re not sure here’s how I break it down.
3x a week are meant for beginners, at 3x a week you will be doing all the workouts with me, I won’t have you do anything by yourself besides cardio.
2x a week are meat for clients that would like to do most of the work with me but will be expected to do some training on their own.
1x a week is meant for clients that have a good idea on what they are doing but would like to meet once a week to workout a day they struggle with or do not enjoy working out on their own.
Billing is done month to month or if you purchase months of training there is a discount.
Rates
3x a week are $80 per session ($960monthly)
2x a week are $85 per session ($680 monthly)
1x a week are $90 per session ($360 monthly)
