I am a fitness coach with over 5 years experience in helping busy professionals gain muscle mass, lose body fat, and improve general fitness.
My approach to personal training is positive, fun and client-centric with a creative emphasis on weightlifting. Helping clients build sustainable results is the underlying motive of my training practice.
I am currently training in-person clients in Manhattan on the Lower East Side / East Village. If you have a gym in your building and live in Manhattan, we can discuss whether in-home training might be a good fit for you.
Virtual sessions are also available for those who don’t live in Manhattan or simply prefer the convenience of in-home training.
