My name is Casey Sachetti, and I designed inTune Fitness to connect mind, body, and soul as one in order to achieve optimal success and keep a lean and fit beach body year around. I use functional fitness to move through the OPT model which was designed by the national academy of sports medicine. The OPT model starts with stabilization of the body, then moves to strength which then is followed by the power phase. During the workout we will work both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers both aerobically and anaerobically in a circuit style fashion to ensure we hit your target heart rate and burn twice as many calories at rest to keep you feeling lean and rejuvenated every day. During our workouts we will learn how to box and defend ourselves as well as follow a diligent meal plan with guided meditation coaching to keep a clear relaxed head space every day.
I travel to my clients homes, as well as work with gyms through out the valley depending on location. Our first free consultation will be me removing all the bad items from your fridge and making sure we are all set for nothing but success in our future
