Fitness is my life and has been for the last 15 years. My focus is generally on strength training, cardio, circuit training and nutrition . Each program is tailored specifically for each person individually. People ask me how I have achieved my abs, it's easy!! you can do anything if you put your mind to it, it just takes hard work and dedication, and training with me you will definitely be motivated to put in that work.
