Hello! I'm Sara. My passion for the home developed after too many years spent traveling and living without the stability and comfort that can only be found at home. Nomadic living taught me not just how important the home is, but the importance of peace and order within it.
This growing interest turned into helping friends improve their homes in various ways. I did everything from ripping up carpets to hauling away junk, organizing, interior decorating, and even interior painting. Over time I learned what I'm most skilled at - organizing and applying the principles of Feng Shui.
Feng Shui is the "why" factor. The more I studied the laws of Feng Shui, the more I understood why the home must stay clean and organized.
For those that are new to this, Feng Shui is a system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (qi).
That is why it feels so much worse to walk across a room with items littered across the floor... or why a closet haphazardly piled up with junk seems to suck the energy out of you - it's because it is sucking the energy out of you. The energy is not flowing properly within the home, and leaving you in disharmony.
