We specialize in cleaning residential homes, apartments, Airbnb's, and Office Spaces. We also specialize in space Organization for residential clients. Our process is one step at a time. When you need to reclaim a space to be more organized we work with you and not against you. If your busy lifestyle is getting in the way of taking care of the mundane work around the house, we'll take that task and make sure it's done right. My focus is quality. Some of our competitors are cheaper, but we take the time to make sure you’re 100% happy. We are also bonded and insured for your peace of mind!
We offer discounts to seniors, first responders, teachers, nurses and veterans. As well as discounts for referrals and continuing clients.
A consultation is required before any job can be begin, this service is provided to you at no charge.
For our Home organization, our rates are $50 and hour per person brought to work. No more than 3 persons will be at a job. You, the client, have final say on total number of people allowed. We do offer discounts and we can go over those in person or on the phone.
For our residential housekeeping and apartment rates, we operate on a bid base not hourly. Our rates start as low as $100 a job. Depending on the evaluation this price will fluctuate.
We operate Monday thru Friday 8AM to 6PM. We do schedule for work on weekends at no extra cost, however, rush jobs or on the spot may be subject to an off hours fee or reduction in discount if offered.
