My ideal client is someone that receives massage regularly or wants to begin (or continue) a practice of wellness. They understand that massage is not 'just' a massage that they treat themselves once a year but it is part of their wellness protocol. A massage therapist over time (& depending on what issues the client has) should be able to help the client feel much better within one or two sessions.
My massage speciality is sports/medical/physical therapy like massage. I work to heal the body.
