About

I have been a Math teacher for 10 years. Before this I was in The United States Marines Corps. I am a champion for students success. I have a high passion and drive to make sure all students learn and have access to grade level curriculum. If there is a gap, I would be honored to help students close that gap so that they can be productive and social responsible individuals in society.

I am a Math Interventionist. I use chess strategies when it come to teaching by seeing more than one solution to a singular problem to find the best outcome for each student.

I am currently enrolled in Doctorate of Education program, because I never stop learning. I am always trying to find new strategies to change with the environment our students are growing up in. Thank you for your time.

This summer even if its for a few hours a week, please ensure your scholars are reading and doing math problems. Just 4 hours a week of enrichment will go a long way to your scholar success the upcoming school year.
