About

Are you feeling bothered or overwhelmed? Let's talk! I offer mental health services for $200/session, which your insurance should cover with a smaller co-pay amount. I'm offering services for anyone in Indiana. I'm working toward achieving my LCSW as soon as soon as October 2024, and I should be able to extend my services to anyone in Kentucky, soon!

I work with people to develop skills to cope and heal from things that bother them. I use motivational interviewing, active and reflective listening, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I have a Master of Science in Social Work with a mental health concentration. I am certified in CPT, CBT-I, and CBT to prevent suicide.
