Relationship Coaching is for anyone looking to grow in relational wholeness. My job is to help you identify patterns you may be stuck in, or dynamics that may not be working, so that we can set tangible goals together to improve your relationships. For the purposes of coaching sessions, we would choose one relationship to focus on together, and you may come alone or with a partner. Alternatively, in coaching we may work through a break up, providing you with some tools to move forward in a positive way. Coaching is also for Singles looking to establish healthy patterns and expectations prior to dating.
I would be honored to work through any number of relational dynamics with you, including romantic, friendship, familial, and workplace. However a unique passion of mine is pre-engagement coaching. I've never understood why couples don't get counseling until they're at the 'premarital' stage. Why not be sure you're set up for success and abundance before you make the (typically) public commitment of engagement?
