You may see an estimate but that doesn’t include all fees. The estimate is what we charge to clean. Completely out of our control! So it’s a one time fee on top of a cleaning fee. DO NOT INSTANTLY BOOK if you do not want to pay that fee! Tell us the date and time we’ll add you to the schedule. Or ask for a quote through Thumbtack. DO NOT INSTANTLY BOOK if you don’t want to pay more than what you see quoted. We will take $20 off for one time services and $35 for repeated services, just for reading! (Look in photos for number!) Repeated customers are grandfathered in at set of price!

Deposit is required before final confirmation of appointment. Deposit is non refundable after two reschedules(must reschedule 48 hours prior to cleaning). Deposit is non refundable on same day cancellations. Contact us before instantly booking to save on one time fees. In other words let us book the appointment for you, tell us the date and time and we’ll add you to the calendar. You’ll save over 70% on one time fees.
