My name is Thalia and I am a Shamanic Reiki Master & a certified CBT practitioner.
Shamanic Reiki is a beautiful and intense healing modality. The Shaman is a conduit on behalf of Spirit for the individual seeking healing, and interprets the best way to go about their healing process.
Shamans are natural born travelers of the Spirit Realm, and facilitators of growth, change, Journeying, and healing for another.
We are not the actual healer- the individual seeking healing is. Shamans hold space so that the individual can learn to heal themselves.
Some Shamanic techniques are: Cord Cutting, Inner Child Work, Shadow Work, Light Work, Soul Loss Prevention, and Spiritual Counseling
These techniques are the tools we use to help dive into the Spirit World and Subconscious/Shadow to retrieve the information and awareness necessary for an individual to become actualized, aligned, and with a more expansive consciousness. This helps an individual find their Purpose, Truth, Freedom and Connection to Source, so that they may walk their path authentically and joyously.
Reiki is a distant or hands-on technique to help bring Life Force Energy into an individuals Chakra System and subtle energetic bodies. This process allows for the optimal function of an individual- seeing their visions, plans, and desires manifest into reality. It also helps to remove negative energetic blocks and supports the work done during the Shamanic portion of the session.
The first 40 mins of sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which I am a certified practitioner of. CBT helps build the mental and emotional foundation for your internal “house”, to support the work done with Shamanic Reiki, which is the next 40 mins of sessions. Sessions are 90 mins total.
I've been offering Spiritual Counseling for others for about 4 years and officially began my private practice in 2019 in NYC and I practiced out of Alma. Right now I practice out of Lina NoMad.
I am an Empath, and my teachings and offerings come from incredibly intensive experience and study.
