If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or scared and/or not sure of next steps, you're in the right place. I’m a Stress Coach, (I actually started my coaching career as a Health Coach,) and a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator. I became a Stress Coach after being stressed out and plagued with chronic health issues that overwhelmed and consumed me for 16+ years. I went on a personal wellness journey, quit my high school teaching job and now I’m healthy and committed to supporting you do the same.

I'm so passionate about helping people have a better work/life balance and live in alignment so they can enjoy their health, family, career and passions. Many clients come to me feeling burnt-out and/or stuck in a job or situation. I show them how to relax the nervous system so they can feel calm, even though external stressors are still present. I help them understand and feel strong emotions in the body so they can stop letting them control them and take action. I offer customized accountability and support throughout the week, so clients feel supported even between sessions.
Cognitive talk therapy (in my opinion) can often keep people in "victim mode" and many cling to their old stories that no longer serve them. By incorporating Coaching, Breathwork and other somatic tools, (somatic means using the body to heal) you will process & heal these stuck emotions and trauma instead of simply talking about them.
Research and science shows that we store trauma and emotions in our body, so talk therapy alone is often not enough to heal. Many people will require a combination of coaching and somatic tools, which I offer.
My coaching is very goal-oriented and results-driven so that clients get fast results; that's why people hire me and refer me to their friends and family :)
