Specific tasks I can do are install new toilets, install new shutoff valves in kitchen and bathroom (not outside), replace cartridges for faucets in kitchen and bathrooms (prefer that customer has make and model prior to starting job), install new faucets in kitchen and bathroom (and can install new drains for sinks), replace cartridge in shower/tub valves, dry wall patch work, replace existing light fixtures, ceiling fans and exhaust fans, install customer provided bathroom vanities, customer provided vanity countertop with back splashes, tree removal under 20ft (leaving stump), yard clean up (weeds removal, trimming, spraying), hauling junk/trash, install accessories such as towel bars, shelves, toilet paper holders etc. I can follow instructions and can assemble appliances, and fitness equipment.
