How We Work:
Estimates: Phone estimates based on descriptions and photos. On-site estimates are rare, reserved for large projects, or if I’m already in the area.
Travel: A standard day rate applies; a gas stipend may be added for distances over 30 miles.
On-Time & Organized: I show up as promised, work efficiently, and ensure a clean workspace.
Client Education: I offer tips to help you save money by doing tasks yourself.
Rates:
General Handyman Work: $95 per hour (2-hour minimum). Materials are additional.
Plumbing & Electrical Work: $125 per hour (no minimum time). Discounts available for projects over 8 hours. Materials not included.
Day Rate (General Work): $750 per day. Materials not included.
Day Rate (Electrical/Plumbing): $950 per day. Materials not included.
Blended Projects (General + Electrical/Plumbing): $850 per day. Materials not included.
Fixed Pricing: Available for specific tasks like ceiling fan or dishwasher installations. A deposit may be required to secure new client dates.
