I’m very experienced with all typical handyman work (carpentry, tiling, painting, general home repairs, light electrical and plumbing, lawn/garden care, home maintenance, picture/curtain hanging, furniture assembly, and all the rest of it). For many years I worked as a Home Improvement contractor, then joined my father as a residential General Contractor. From there I was launched into large scale commercial construction project management, traveling around the country and internationally. Now I want to stay closer to home and go back to smaller jobs.
? ADDITIONALLY for a limited number of clients, I’m offer a concierge home maintenance service for homes in Branford, Guilford, and Madison as a subscription contract. The initial home walkthrough is $149 during which we discuss all the projects and services needed, establish a budget and set up a plan/schedule.
If you choose to proceed with the home & property maintenance contract, you can choose either a month-to-month subscription (2-month minimum initial commitment) OR annual subscription (for a reduced per-month rate).?

?With this service, you get on-call/as-needed access to me for little things that come up unexpectedly (I.e. replace a high up smoke detector battery or light bulb, new water leak, torn window screen, etc.), up to 5 hours/month?
I can only offer this service to a limited number of people, so don’t hesitate.
?For people with older parents who need a hand and are always asking you to come help, this is the perfect situation- they have a 24-hour service person a for all the little things they need help with (moving furniture, installing air conditioners, taking away large trash, yard work (large tools must be on site), changing smoke detector batteries, lightbulbs, etc.,etc.,etc.) & YOU have peace of mind knowing these things are being taken care of quickly and safely?
