• Hourly Rate: The standard rate is $50 per hour.
Minimum Charge: Even if the work takes less than 2 hours, the minimum charge is $100.
I do not have a license to perform new plumbing installations or extensive plumbing work. However, I can replace faucet cartridges, bathroom fixtures, and other tasks permitted without a plumbing license.
Similarly, I do not have a license for new electrical installations. I am able to replace fans, light switches, and other components that do not require running new wiring or creating new access points.
Additionally, I do not work on load-bearing walls. My work is focused on tasks that fall within the scope of what is legally allowed without a license, and I strictly follow all regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
