I'm offering CAD drafting, 3d Matterport Scanning, Surveying, and Engineering services.

I'm currently employed at Bratcher Engineering (An MEP Consulting Firm) as the Building Information Manager. My job consists of surveying and identifying issues in commercial buildings, working with engineers to find solutions, and drafting CAD plans. I've got 10 years experience in the industry.

Typically I charge 80/hr or do $.07 sqft fpr scanning. I can handle any home drawings and have access to any licensed architects and engineers if something needs to be signed and sealed.
