I always see something new. Whether it be a new problem, or a new product to build. I am always learning about different types of equipment.
I have been in the Fitness Assembly/Repair field for 21 years. I have contracted with several national companies in the past, as well as provide service to my own customers. I am always happy to provide information to them so they are satisfied with their equipment.
I rarely speak to customers on the phone. I need a platform (email, Thumbtack, text) to keep track of all things said between both parties. This protects everyone in the mix, and keeps confusion to an all-time low. Never be afraid to ask questions.
Please be advised, I do not install inground basketball systems. I also do not install wall racks. Also, contrary to popular belief, BICYCLES are NOT fitness equipment, and therefore, I also do not assemble or repair them. I also do not repair any rowing machines. I also do not repair commercial grade machines. There are FEW exceptions, but you should reach out to me and ask me before committing to picking me for the service request.
