hello my name is Richard Phillips I have been in business for over 20 plus years and have resided in South Florida for over 15 years. as a real estate investor and contractor. I've repaired everything from mold common water damage ,common termite damage repairs done poorly. I seen a lot and I've repaired a lot. I take great pride in my work my craftsmanship and my family.
