For more than 23 years, I served as a prosecutor in Placer County where I handled cases from petty theft and DUI's to Child Molestation, Domestic Violence, Rape and Murder. I was also the 'strikes' prosecutor prior to being promoted to a supervisor. For over eight years I was the Supervising Attorney for the Family Protection Unit, a specialty unit which handled sex offenses, murder, child abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, elder abuse and child abduction, amongst other crimes. However, I was again promoted to the Assistant District Attorney where I supervised the supervisors.
Now, I use my 23+ years as a prosecutor to defend and protect the rights of those accused of committing a crime.
