Many commercial cleaning companies under bid projects to simply acquire the account; meanwhile, cutting corners to stay in the black. At Modern we use production rates. For example, a cleaning tech can clean anywhere from 1,500 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. per hour, depending on the building, common space, and furniture. We offer programs that fit your needs and budget.
