After years of being a workaholic and successful HR professional and business consultant, I "retired" to be a stay-at-home SuperMom. That worked for a short time before volunteerism and starting a nonprofit began to round out my life. After an emotionally draining divorce, returning to the work-world was a necessity, while raising 2 teenaged daughters. This journey has resulted in personal and professional development on every level...mind, body, heart and soul.
This journey towards alignment and authenticity is what makes my story unique and refreshing. Now, mentoring more women to stand fully in their power, unapologetically and with grace and confidence, is my passion.
The SHINE speech and workshop series are masterclasses on how to lead with equanimity, while chaos and ambiguity abound.
