1 or 2 roommates wanted for Rent
I am looking for a dependable & respectable person or persons to split the expenses with me in the single story furnished home that I am renting in Lexington, KY. Nearest major intersection: Man 'O War Blvd. & Boston Rd. There are 2 bedrooms available for rent. You will also have use of a full bathroom. Rent: One person = $650 or two people= $434 each per month, plus shared cost of utilities/services. Deposit $500. Dog and cat friendly (2 pets allowed). I already have an elderly female Boxer & 2 cats living in the house. No indoor smoking. Landlord requires a rental application with references & criminal background/credit check and a 1 year lease. You will also have access to high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, furnished kitchen, furnished main living area with fireplace & privacy fenced backyard with BBQ grill, screened room on patio & the backyard firepit. Since I am disabled, I may need my roommates to assist me occasionally when I am not feeling well. If you help me out when needed, then I will decrease yourportion of the utilities/services somewhat. I have underlying serious illnesses which makes me at high risk for dying from covid-19 so everyone needs to please follow the covid-19 precautions when around other people & get tested regularly in order to avoid bringing the virus home.
