Credit history for a two-year period prior to this application will be evaluated. A criminal background check will be performed on all applicants and any occupant eighteen years of age or older. If rental property is a single-family dwelling or single unit, owner reserves
the right to ask for a non-refundable rent lock fee equal to month month's rent and first and last month's rent in advance. In order to view a rental home, you must show a government issued photo identification.
This identification will be photocopied and stored in your file. Please have identification with you. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law. Applicants must view the inside of the unit before their application will be processed. Exceptions may be given on a case-by-case basis if the applicant has a family or friend view the property. A separate application is required for each applicant eighteen and older who intend to reside in the property. Any false statements or deliberate misrepresentation of facts will automatically disqualify the application.

Applicants must not have a felony record that was adjudicated guilty or had adjudication withheld for the past five (5) years, however, time limits are waived for anyone found on a terrorist watch list or anyone with a felony conviction for any crimes related to homicide, manslaughter, stalking, interaction offenses requiring registration, and or manufacturing and or distribution of a controlled substance.
